血管内皮生长因子与脑肿瘤关系的研究进展

血管内皮生长因子被认为是最具特异性，直接作用于血管内皮细胞促进血管形成的关键性因子，与脑肿瘤的生物学侵袭性、恶性程度及临床复发等相关，其主要生物学作用可概括为：（1）增加血管内皮细胞的通透性；（2）促进肿瘤血管生成；（3）促进血管内皮细胞的增殖；（4）破坏血-脑屏障等.血管内皮生长因子可作为抗肿瘤血管生成的靶向，抑制脑肿瘤的生长.
