脑肿瘤的血管生成和抗血管生成治疗

血管生成对原发性脑肿瘤和脑转移瘤的生长、转移起关键性作用.抗血管生成治疗通过对抗肿瘤血管生成,切断肿瘤的血供,从而遏制肿瘤的生长和转移,为难以控制的恶性脑肿瘤提供了一新的治疗策略.多种脑肿瘤,特别是原发恶性脑肿瘤是人体血管活性表达最强的肿瘤,是最理想的抗血管生成治疗对象.本文对脑肿瘤血管生成及抗血管生成治疗的研究进展做一综述.
