胶质肉瘤的病理形态学研究

为探讨胶质肉瘤成分的来源,对11例胶质肉瘤进行了免疫组织化学染色观察.结果显示:胶质成分GFAP呈阳性反应,肾小球样血管内皮细胞对ⅥERF呈阳性反应,肉瘤的间叶细胞对SMSA呈阳性反应,证明胶质肉瘤的间叶成分起源于血管平滑肌.
