端粒酶与脑肿瘤关系的研究进展

端粒酶是一种能延长端粒的逆转录酶,近年研究表明,端粒酶活性与细胞永生化和恶变密切相关。在恶性脑肿瘤中端粒酶呈明显活化状态,很可能是一种全新的恶性脑肿瘤标志物;端粒酶活性的检测对不同类型脑肿瘤的诊断及预后判断具有较高的临床价值,以限制端粒扩增为抗癌新靶点的方法为临床脑肿瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。
