脑肿瘤血管内皮生长因子的

血管生成在生理及病理状态下均有重要意义,许多多肽生长因子或非肽因子参与血管形成; 近年发现血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与人脑肿瘤的发生、发展及治疗等关系密切.本文将对VE GF结构、生物学特性及其与脑肿瘤关系作一综述.
