脑肿瘤与术后癫痫

脑肿瘤术后的癫痫发作，日益受到临床医师的重视。本文着重描述脑膜瘤、胶质瘤术后癫痫的临床特点、发生机制；显著影响术后癫痫发作的因素有术前癫痫发作史、肿瘤切除程度、围手术期手术方式、手术副损伤、术后并发症等；预防性抗痫治疗可降低术后癫痫发生率，脑电图对于判断抗痫药物作用、鉴别诊断有肯定价值。
